After  devastating flash floods in Leh town137 Dead Body are found Till Nearly 600 peoples are Missing Reasuce officers or workers trying hardly to reach the Affected  areas that are completely cut off.

On 06/08/2010 (Friday) a Flash flood caused by torrential rain in adjoining villages and Leh town mostly 370 were injured and 115 are dead in this floods and many are missing.many of property are also Washed there at small hours.

Precautions are taking over it on war footing it was happened at 030 and 100 hours mudslides,torrential flash floods.

Mr.T. Angchuk the Leh Deputy Commissioner said to the Hindu on Satellite phone ,they found 110 dead bodies.most of the village was cutoff , bridges and  roads are destroyed.

The village Choglamsar was worst affected

Rescue operation was stated for the night and would Resume Early in the Morning.

Now more than 250 workers are stayed for rescue programme.
